      采用顶空气相色谱法测定了土壤或底泥中的挥发性苯系物,测定了苯系物在10%NaCl水溶液60℃时的分配常数,给出了加入土壤导致液相体积改变的校正方法。用10% NaCl水溶液作为提取剂在 60℃加热平衡60min, 对5个苯系物的平均回收率达到73.6%, 检出限为4.2~5.5ng/g。
英文摘要:
      The headspace gas chromatograph was applied to determination of the volatile aromatic hydrocarbons in the soil or sediment. Henry's law constants of the volatile aromatic hydrocarbons in 10% NaCl solution at 60℃ was measured. The equilibration of the desorption was carried out by addition of 5ml 10% NaCl solution as the displacer after 60 minutes of thermostatting at 60℃. The average recovery of 73.6% for five aromatic hydrocarbons was achieved. The detection of limitation of the method for five aromatic hydrocarbons were about range 4.2~5.5ng/g. The effect of liquid phase volume variation on headspace analysis was studied.
