超低排放下燃煤电厂颗粒物排放特征分析研究

      选取6家经过超低排放改造的燃煤电厂,对湿法脱硫(WFGD)和湿式电除尘器(WESP)进出口烟气中TPM、PM10、PM2.5、PM1进行测试,分析研究超低排放下燃煤电厂颗粒物的排放特征及电除尘器后净化设备对颗粒物的脱除效果。结果表明,6家电厂TPM、PM10、PM2.5、PM1排放浓度分别为0.75~2.36、0.71~2.12、0.65~1.96、0.51~1.57 mg/m3。分析烟气中颗粒物粒径分布可知,除尘器后,PM>10占TPM质量比低于40%,且比例随烟气经过WFGD和WESP而逐渐降低。WFGD对PM>2.5有较好的脱除效果,而WESP对PM>1脱除效果显著。为满足超低排放标准,6家电厂除尘器后脱除设备综合除尘效率大多在85%以上。计算得到6家电厂TPM、PM10、PM2.5、PM1排放因子,与超低排放改造之前同等级燃煤电厂相比,6家电厂不同粒径颗粒物排放因子均显著降低,也远低于西方发达国家燃煤电厂颗粒物排放因子。

      TPM, PM10, PM2.5 and PM1 in the flue gas from the inlet and outlet of the wet flue gas desulfurization(WFGD) and wet electrostatic precipitator(WESP) were sampled in 6 ultra low emission coal-fired power plants and the emission characteristics of particles and removal efficiency of different removal equipments after the electrostatic precipitator (ESP) were studied accordingly. The sampling results showed that the mass concentration of TPM, PM10, PM2.5 and PM1 emission from 6 power plants were 0.75-2.36 mg/m3, 0.71-2.12 mg/m3, 0.65-1.96 mg/m3 and 0.51-1.57 mg/m3, respectively. According to the size distributions of particles in the flue gas, the mass ratio of PM>10 accounted for less than 40% of TPM after the ESP and the proportion declined with the flue gas passing through the WFGD and WESP. The WFGD had an outstanding removal efficiency for PM>2.5 and the WESP had an outstanding removal efficiency for PM>1. In order to meet the ultra low emission standard, the total efficiency of removal equipments after the ESP in the 6 power plants were all almost above 85%. The calculated emission factors including TPM, PM10, PM2.5 and PM1 of 6 power plants were obviously lower than those of the coal-fired power plants at the same level without ultra low emission reform. The particle emission factors of the 6 power plants were also farther lower than those of coal-fired power plants in western developed countries.
