      研究建立了一种利用在线固相萃取-超高效液相色谱-串联质谱检测技术测定地表水中3种微囊藻毒素(MC-LR、MC-RR、MC-YR)的分析方法,实现了水样过滤后直接进样的高效定量检测模式。研究表明,该方法灵敏度高、前处理步骤简单、单个样品20 min内检测完毕,线性关系相关系数≥ 0.999 4,回收率为85.40%~115.44%,相对标准偏差小于6.85%,检出限为0.046~0.078 μg/L。利用该方法对2016年2-12月太湖24个测点的实际水样进行检测,结果显示,样品中未检测到超标现象,全湖藻毒素含量7月最高、2月最低,西部沿岸高于其他各湖区,表层水体藻毒素含量相对更高。

      A method was developed for the determination of three microcystins (MC-LR, MC-RR, MC-YR) in surface water by on-line solid phase extraction and ultra-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. The results showed that the method was high sensitivity with simple preparation steps. A single sample could be tested within 20 minutes. Good linear relationships were obtained with correlation coefficient ≥ 0.999 4. Recoveries were between 85.40% and 115.44%. RSDs were less than 6.85%. Detection limits were 0.046-0.078 μg/L. Water samples from 24 monitoring sites of Taihu Lake in 2016 were tested by this method. The results showed that no sample was detected exceed in standard. The microcystins content was highest in July and lowest in February. It was also higher near the western coast and water surface.
