近年来,中国不断加大城镇污水处理设施的建设力度,污水处理厂出水水质得到显著提升。与此同时,减污降碳的管理需求愈显迫切。基于实际监测数据和运行数据,优化了《2006年IPCC国家温室气体清单指南》中的城镇污水处理厂温室气体核算方法,分析了案例区城镇污水处理厂碳排放的时空分布和影响因素,以期为减污降碳协同增效提供支撑。结果表明:案例区城镇污水处理厂2021年碳排放总量较2011年上升了118.4%,其中直接碳排放中的甲烷和氧化亚氮排放量分别增加了90.3%和77.5%,间接碳排放量上升了157.9%。间接碳排放量在碳排放总量中的占比为55.2%,间接碳排放已成为城镇污水处理厂碳排放的主要方式。采用污水处理厂进出口污染物实际监测浓度和运行活动水平数据优化碳排放核算方法,优化后的案例区城镇污水处理厂碳排放系数为0.346 kg/m3,较优化前下降了0.404kg/m3。2022年,案例区城镇污水处理厂碳排放量达到了104.56万t (二氧化碳排放当量,CO2 e)。在超大型城市城镇污水处理厂污水处理工艺中,A2/O污水处理工艺具有较好的碳污协同减排效应。 |

Over the past decade,China has continuously increased the construction of urban sewage treatment facilities,and the quality of sewage effluent has significantly improved. Meanwhile, the management needs of reducing pollution and carbon are becoming more and more urgent. Based on actual monitoring data and operational data,the study optimized the accounting method for greenhouse gas emissions from urban sewage treatment plants in IPCC2006,analyzed the spatial and temporal distribution and influencing factors of carbon emissions from urban sewage treatment plants in the case area,in order to provid support for the synergistic effect of pollution reduction and carbon reduction. The results showed that the total carbon emissions of urban sewage treatment plants in the case area increased by 118. 4% in 2021 compared to 2011,with direct emissions of methane and nitrous oxide increasing by 90. 3% and 77. 5% respectively, and indirect carbon emissions increasing by 157. 9%. The proportion of indirect carbon emissions in the total carbon emissions is 55. 2%,and indirect carbon emissions have become the main part of carbon emissions from urban sewage treatment plants. The carbon emission accounting method was optimized based on the actual monitoring of pollutant import and export concentrations and operational activity levels in the urban sewage treatment plant. The optimized carbon emission coefficient of urban sewage treatment plants in the case area was 0. 346 kg/m3, a decrease of 0. 404 kg/m3 compared to before optimization. In 2022,the carbon emissions of urban sewage treatment plants in the case area reached 1. 0456 million tons (carbon dioxide emissions equivalent, CO2 e). Among the sewage treatment technologies used in super large urban sewage treatment plants, the A2/O sewage treatment technology have a good synergistic carbon pollution reduction effect. |
