Abstract:
To clarify the concentration and characteristics of VOCs in various industrial parks in Beijing,multiple rounds of VOCs vehicle-mounted mobile monitoring were carried out in major industrial parks in Beijing from July 2021 to June 2024.The results showed that:During the research period,the average value of
ρ(TVOC) in all industrial parks was 66.3 μg/m
3,with concentrations ranging from 57.7 μg/m
3 to 149.1 μg/m
3.The ratio to ambient VOCs concentrations on the same day ranged from 1.7 and 3.9,with petrochemical park exhibiting relatively higher overall emissions.Petrochemical park had the largest number of high-value points,accounting for 27.4% of all industrial parks,while auto repair clusters had the highest average concentration at high-value points.Except for auto repair clusters,high-value points in other industrial parks mainly appeared at night,whereas those in auto repair clusters mainly appeared during the day.In terms of seasonal variation,industrial parks generally exhibited a pattern of stronger emissions in the second and third quarters,and weaker emissions in the first and fourth quarters,mainly affected by factors such as corporate emission reductions,holiday shutdowns,and differences in ambient temperature.In terms of annual variation,emissions from most industrial parks showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing over the past three years,which was related to factors such as the intensification of emissions after resumption of work and production,as well as the effective control of VOCs special treatment.Through the WRF-Flexpart model,precise source tracing was carried out at typical high-value points in industrial parks,identifying the locations of polluting enterprises.It was found that the relevant enterprises had problems such as inadequate sealing of factory buildings and abnormal status of purification facilities.The research indicates that further efforts should be made to strengthen VOCs control in petrochemical parks,reduce the concentration at high-value points in auto repair clusters,and enhance comprehensive VOCs management in industrial parks during summer.Abnormal emissions in industrial parks should be discovered and resolved by tracing the source of high-value points,thereby reducing the VOCs concentration level in Beijing's industrial parks.
