| 研究建立了一种基于化学吸收法和离子色谱分析方法的痕量氨气(NH3)采集效率验证模型,采用单因素条件试验方法优化了模型中的吸收管类型、采集流量、采集浓度、采集温度等关键参数。经优化后,10 nmol/mol NH3在流量不超过1.0 L/min时,采集效率可保持在90%以上,重复测定的相对标准偏差在±2%以内。该方案使采集效率得到了显著提升,对在实验室阶段模拟实际采样环境进行相关参数研究和优化具有很好的参考价值。 |

| This study establishes a validation model for verifying the collection efficiency of trace ammonia (NH3) based on a chemical absorption method and ion chromatography analysis.Key parameters in the model,including the type of absorption tube,collection flow rate,collection concentration,and collection temperature,were optimized using a single-factor conditional experimental approach.After optimization,the collection efficiency of 10 nmol/mol NH3 remained above 90% at flow rate not exceeding 1.0 L/min,with a relative standard deviation for repeated measurements within ±2%.This simulation scheme significantly improves the collection efficiency of trace ammonia gas,and provides valuable reference for studying and optimizing relevant parameters in simulating actual sampling environments in the laboratory stage. |
