      在用燃油工程机械类型多、数量大,燃料燃烧过程中会排放大量NOx,但当前无在用机械NOx检测方法和排放限值。为探索在用机械NOx排放快速检测方法,利用便携式排放测量系统(PEMS)对6台挖掘机和装载机进行NOx排放测试,识别可表征平均排放水平、具备快速检测条件的典型工况点。在典型工况点进行PEMS和快速检测设备NOx排放比对实验,量化评估其偏差率及排放水平的代表性,提出工程机械NOx快速检测方法思路。结果表明:挖掘机和装载机运行中受工况条件、负荷影响大,具有较大排放变化性和瞬态不连续的特点。典型挖掘机和装载机NOx排放水平分别为362 μmol/mol和172 μmol/mol。怠速、高怠速和自由加速具有较高的排放水平代表性,其NOx排放在平均值±60%范围内的比例分别为82%、65%和50%,且具备较好的可识别性和快速检测条件。综合考虑不同工况下偏差率和相关性,建议采用加权平均法(怠速、高怠速、自由加速的权重分别为0.25、0.23、0.52)作为快速检测标准判定方法。

      There are many types and large quantities of in-use fuel-fired construction machinery,which emit large amounts of NOx during fuel combustion,but there are currently no established methods for detecting NOx or setting emission limits for in-use machinery.To explore rapid NOx detection methods for such machinery,a Portable Emission Measurement System (PEMS) was used to conduct NOx emission tests on six excavators and loaders,and typical operating points that characterize the average emission level and are suitable for rapid detection were identified.Comparison experiments of NOx emissions from PEMS and rapid detection equipment were carried out at these typical operating points to quantitatively evaluate the deviation rate and the representativeness of emission levels,and to propose a idea for the rapid detection of NOx in construction machinery.The results show that the operation of excavators and loaders is greatly affected by working conditions and loads,leading to substantial emission variability and transient discontinuities.The NOx emission levels of typical excavators and loaders were 362 μmol/mol and 172 μmol/mol,respectively.Idling,high idling and free acceleration demonstrated high representativeness of emission levels,with the proportion of their NOx emissions in the range of ±60% of the mean value being 82%,65% and 50%,respectively.These conditions also offer good identifiability and are suitable for rapid detection.Considering the deviation rates and correlations under different conditions,a weighted average method (with weights of 0.25 for idling,0.23 for high-idle,and 0.52 for free acceleration) is recommended as the standard determination method for rapid detection.
