| 在"双碳"目标与生态保护需求双重驱动下,以地面监测为基础构建的区域森林生态质量精细评估体系亟须完善。依托福建省闽东南地区典型森林生态样地监测数据,构建了包括目标层、功能层与指标层的地面生态质量评价体系。采用归一化与序列赋值相结合的权重计算方法,定量分析了17项生态功能指标的权重结构,并综合评估样地的生态质量水平。结果显示,区域森林生态质量指数呈现由西北内陆向东南沿海递减的分布格局。调节气候与生物多样性功能在泉州、福州北部与宁德沿海区域表现突出,而同化能力相对较弱。通过克里金插值与空间误差分析,识别出森林生态监测盲区,提出以生态功能梯度与布点密度为核心依据的地面监测优化策略。该研究为森林的地面生态质量评价体系构建与监测网络优化提供了实证参考与方法支持。 |

| Driven by the dual imperatives of China's "Dual Carbon" strategy and ecological conservation requirements,there is an urgent need to refine a regional forest ecological quality assessment system based on ground-level monitoring.Utilizing monitoring data from typical forest ecological sample plots in southeastern Fujian Province,this study established a ground-based ecological quality evaluation framework comprising three hierarchical layers: objective layer,functional layer,and indicator layer.A combined weighting method integrating normalization and sequential assignment was employed to quantitatively analyze the weight structure of 17 ecological function indicators,followed by a comprehensive assessment of the sample plots' ecological quality.The results demonstrate that the regional forest ecological quality index generally decreases from the inland northwest to the southeastern coastal areas.Climate regulation and biodiversity functions were particularly prominent in Quanzhou,northern Fuzhou,and coastal Ningde regions,while assimilation capacity showed relatively weaker performance.Through Kriging interpolation and spatial error analysis,forest ecological monitoring blind spots were identified.Accordingly,an optimized strategy for ground monitoring was proposed,focusing on ecological function gradients and monitoring point density serving as core determinants.This research provides both empirical references and methodological support for establishing ground-based forest ecological quality evaluation systems and optimizing monitoring networks. |
